If there is a strong reason for withdrawal, a request for withdrawal signed by all the authors clearly stating the reasons for withdrawal must be sent to the Editor-in-Chief. After acceptance by the Editor-in-Chief, the editorial office will provide the author with a manuscript withdrawal letter, and the manuscript will be withdrawn. It is not an acceptable practice to withdraw a manuscript after it has been sent for peer review.
