Ebu Press Ltd (EPL) is proud to announce its official membership in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Publishers Compact, a global initiative that encourages publishers to align their practices and content with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
The SDG Publishers Compact brings together publishing organizations committed to advancing sustainability, promoting awareness of the SDGs, and adopting responsible and ethical publishing standards. By joining this international network, EPL reinforces its dedication to integrating sustainability across its editorial strategy, operational practices, and long-term organizational vision.
EPL publishes several scholarly journals, including the Asian Journal of Medical and Biological Research, the Asian-Australasian Journal of Bioscience and Biotechnology, and the Asian-Australasian Journal of Food Safety and Security, all of which contribute to scientific advancement and support evidence-based decision-making aligned with global development goals.
As a member of the Compact, EPL will contribute to the global dissemination of knowledge supporting climate action, quality education, social equity, and inclusive growth. The publisher will also work to elevate research and publications that address pressing development challenges while ensuring environmentally conscious production processes.
“Our membership in the SDG Publishers Compact reinforces our commitment to responsible knowledge dissemination and strengthens our mission to support sustainable development through ethical, impactful publishing,” said Ebu Hafsa, the CEO of EPL.
EPL views this achievement as a significant milestone in its ongoing efforts to foster responsible scholarship, empower communities through education, and advance global development priorities through high-quality publishing.
